6 - HOW TO SELECT THE WINNERS
The draw to determine the winners will take place only once among all participants. 12 - LITIGATIONS
The mere fact of participating implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.Any amendment to the regulations will result in a new publication of the regulations. If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared null and void or inapplicable, the other clauses shall retain their full force and scope.These Regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute arising during the Game will be the subject of an attempt to reach an amicable settlement. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the head office of the Organising Company, unless otherwise provided by public policy.No further disputes will be admissible one month after the end of the Game.
